This is a gracefull, full length, circular shawl with a bias draped and lined collar weighted with small silver Zuni heart line bears and squash blossom beads. It is hand painted on sueded silk crepe de chine. This is a luxurious fabric with a rich drape, a velvety texture and a soft and subtle sheen. It begs to be touched and feels wonderful to wear! This style can be customized in so many different ways: proportioned for the petite frame, the collar can be single layered or left off for a completely different look. It can be worn open in front or draped across the shoulder. The weighted collar arranges itself beautifully. Hand painting is all about color: soft and muted or vibrant like a brilliantly plumaged bird.
